Sampling Policy

Sample Types

We offer counter samples (built from our existing patterns) and custom development samples (built from your tech packs). Counter samples ship within 7–10 business days. Custom developments require 14–21 days because we're engineering from scratch.

Sample Charges

Counter samples are priced at $25–$75 USD depending on complexity. Custom development samples are quoted individually based on your specifications. Here's the good part: sample costs are fully deducted from your first bulk order of 500+ units.

Shipping

Sample shipping is charged at actual courier cost (DHL/FedEx). You can provide your own courier account number or pay prepaid freight charges with your sample invoice.

Returns & Defect Handling

Quality Guarantee

Every production run is inspected using AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Our defect tolerance is under 3% per batch — period. Any batch that doesn't meet this standard gets reworked before it ships, at our cost.

Claims Window

If you find defects after receiving goods, submit your claim within 14 days with photographic evidence and a detailed report. Claims submitted after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but we always try to find a fair resolution.

Resolution Options

Verified defective units are either replaced in your next production run or credited against your outstanding balance. We believe in making things right — because your repeat business matters more than any single batch.

Standard Terms

50% advance payment via T/T (bank wire transfer) upon PI confirmation. Remaining 50% against B/L copy before original shipping documents are released. Simple, straightforward, and industry-standard.

Accepted Methods

We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), Western Union, and irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. PayPal and credit cards are accepted for sample orders only — not bulk production.

Currency

All invoices are denominated in USD (US Dollars). EUR pricing is available upon request at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of PI confirmation.

Design Confidentiality

All submitted designs, tech-packs, and brand assets are treated as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs upon request and never share, replicate, or repurpose client designs for other buyers. Your IP is your competitive advantage — we respect that completely.

Mold & Pattern Ownership

Custom embroidery digitizations, silicone molds, and cutting dies created for your order remain your exclusive property. They are stored securely in our facility and used only for your production runs.
