It starts with a conversation. Submit your product requirements through our quotation form or email, and our B2B sales team reviews everything — target fabrics, quantities, design files, and delivery timelines. You'll hear back within 24 business hours with a detailed feasibility assessment and preliminary pricing.
Once we've aligned on specs, our cut & sew engineers produce physical counter-samples for your hands-on evaluation. We ship 2–3 prototypes with all branding elements included — neck labels, hangtags, and packaging mockups — so you can see exactly what your final product looks like before committing to bulk.
Happy with the sample? We finalize the commercial invoice and pro-forma. Our standard payment terms are straightforward: 50% advance via T/T bank transfer, with the balance due against B/L copy. We lock your production slot the moment your advance comes through — no delays, no ambiguity.
Your order enters our production pipeline — laser cutting, assembly, printing or embroidery, and finishing. In-line AQL inspections run at every stage, and a dedicated QC officer is assigned to your batch. You'll receive real-time progress photos so you always know exactly where your order stands.
Finished goods are individually polybag-wrapped, master-cartoned to your specifications, and palletized for shipping. We arrange FOB/CIF logistics via your preferred forwarder or our vetted partners. Full export documentation — B/L, Certificate of Origin, and Packing List — is provided to ensure smooth customs clearance.
A typical order from initial inquiry to delivery takes 6–10 weeks: 1–2 weeks for sampling, 1 week for approval and PO, 3–5 weeks for production, and 1–6 weeks for shipping depending on method (air vs sea freight).
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per style/color combination. For complex custom developments, the minimum may increase to 300–500 pieces depending on fabric sourcing and decoration requirements.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union, and irrevocable L/C at sight. PayPal is accepted for sample orders only. Standard terms are 50% advance, 50% against B/L copy.
