By engaging with Sapiro Sports for OEM or ODM manufacturing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Manufacturing Agreements
All bulk orders require a formal, approved Tech Pack or physical sample sign-off prior to the commencement of true manufacturing. We do not assume responsibility for design flaws originating from client-provided specifications.
2. Payment Terms
Standard manufacturing terms require a 50% deposit before the production of bulk orders begins, with the remaining 50% balance due upon completion and prior to final dispatch. Payment methods accepted include wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Western Union.
3. Sampling Policy
Custom samples are provided to ensure complete alignment on materials, sizing, and printing techniques. Sample fees are generally refundable or deductible from the final invoice upon placement of a bulk order exceeding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
4. Lead Times & Deliveries
Estimated lead times are provided during the quotation phase and vary depending on complexity and volume. Sapiro Sports operates out of Sialkot, Pakistan, and is not liable for delays caused by international customs, force majeure, or courier disruptions.
5. Revisions & Rejections
We operate under an incredibly strict Quality Control standard. If an order deviates materially from the approved sample or tech pack, claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the cargo for investigation.
